Princesse apple is a russeted sport of King of the Pippins which is very highly prized by patisserie chefs in France for making Tarte Tatin. This is a very versatile apple and can also be useful for making cider/juice. Princesse apple has good disease resistance. This is among the best multi-purpose varieties in our catalogue.
